The fee is based on two adults per room and is in Hong Kong dollars. If there are three or four people sharing a room, you must purchase the "3rd/4th person fee (sharing a room)" and the corresponding "cruise fees and port taxes" option. If you stay in a Single room, please contact customer service to make up the price difference.
If you have a group order, please indicate the group order number in the remarks column. We will give priority to arranging it, but the specific arrangement will depend on supply and cannot be guaranteed.
Prices are provided as a reference based on the rates of October 27, 2025. All prices and sailings are subject to availability and as shown on the product page; they cannot be guaranteed.
If the cruise line imposes additional fuel surcharges, room charges, or other applicable taxes, passengers must pay the difference. The actual amount will be determined upon confirmation and added to the final fare.
After booking, room availability must be confirmed a second time, and additional payment may be required.
Passengers must hold a passport and entry visa valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong. The Company is not responsible for any problems caused by passengers' personal documents.
Any changes to passenger information (or removal from the manifest) must be approved by the cruise line in advance and will incur a change fee of HKD 224 per person; at least one passenger in the same cabin must remain unchanged, otherwise the booking will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and the corresponding cancellation fees will apply according to the latest pricing policy.
Name change or any information modification requests are not accepted within 3 days of departure.
The full name of the passenger when booking must be the same as the full name on the travel document. Any modification will result in the loss of the original reservation, the loss of the original preferential price and the incurring modification fees.
Submitted passenger information (including name, passport details, etc.) must be complete and accurate; for Vietnam flights, changes made within 7 working days before departure incur an additional USD 25–35 per person name change fee.
If the cruise is altered after departure due to unavoidable reasons (such as war, political unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, bad weather, technical problems with the transport, last-minute changes to the sailing schedule, strikes and industrial action, or unscheduled private charter boat activities by the cruise line), resulting in increased operating costs, the Company may charge passengers additional fees.
Passengers agree and accept that neither the cruise line nor KKday will be required to make any compensation if the cruise is unable to dock or the itinerary is changed due to bad weather, sea conditions, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (such as war, political unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather, technical problems with transportation, last-minute changes to sailing schedules, strikes and industrial action, or unscheduled private charter boat activities by the cruise line, etc.).
The arrival time is for reference only. The departure/arrival/docking time of the port during the voyage may be adjusted/changed/cancelled according to the sailing situation. The final arrangement of the cruise line shall prevail. Passengers agree and accept that the cruise line has the final decision and will not be deemed to have violated the Trade Description Ordinance, and therefore waive any claims or compensation from the cruise line or KKday.
If a passenger is denied entry or boarding due to personal reasons, his/her travel expenses will not be refunded. Any additional expenses required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., must be borne by the individual and have nothing to do with KKday.
Because the cruise company has restrictions on the number of weeks of pregnancy for pregnant women to board, pregnant women who are more than 24 weeks pregnant cannot board the ship. At the same time, they are required to provide a hospital certificate when boarding. The certificate must include the specific number of weeks of pregnancy and the official seal of the hospital. Please be sure to check and confirm the relevant regulations of the selected cruise company before booking. If a passenger is denied entry or boarding due to this issue, his/her travel expenses will not be refunded. Any additional expenses required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., must be borne by the individual and have nothing to do with KKday.
The above fees and terms are subject to change without prior notice. Other terms and conditions are subject to the Company's "Responsibilities and Rules". For details, please contact our staff or visit our website.
All vaccination and testing requirements are subject to the cruise line. For details, please visit the cruise line’s website: https://www.aocruise.com/.
