I was honestly a little worried, but after exiting the gate and walking a short distance, I was able to meet smoothly. Then, I was directed to a separate entrance nearby, where some rather intimidating-looking airport police officers were keeping a watchful eye, and I was able to join a short immigration queue. It was a satisfactory service. However, even then, I waited for about 30 minutes (which felt like about half the time of the regular lane), so if you're really pressed for time for your connecting flight and in a hurry, I recommend the premium plan. That lane was almost always empty, so it should be stress-free. However, even with that, a 2-hour layover in Ho Chi Minh City seems quite tight. We had a 2-hour layover and arrived almost on time, but we were inexplicably made to wait 30 minutes before disembarking, and then had to take a bus. Even with the truck service, considering that you pass through immigration around the time of your domestic flight boarding, then pick up your baggage, and move to another terminal, even with a smooth disembarkation and the premium plan, it feels like it would be a very tight squeeze. This time, more than 20 people, including ourselves, went through the transfer procedure! However, with Vietnam Airlines, flights to places like Da Nang are frequent, so the rebooking process was smooth! So, the fast track service worked as expected and there were no problems, but it was still disappointing that I missed my original flight and it was all for nothing!

I tried two different cruises on the Han River — one on a weekday and one on the weekend. Here are a few tips from my experience: * Arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and avoid missing the boat. * To watch the Dragon Bridge fire show, choose a cruise at 9:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. It’s more exciting but usually more crowded. Weekdays are better if you prefer a quieter ride. * Bring your passport because the port staff may ask for it during check-in. * During the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival season (June–July), the departure port may change, so check the latest notice from the cruise operator. Hope these tips help you enjoy your Han River cruise!

I'm so glad I went. It was impressive and I was very satisfied. I was able to feel the history of Hoi An through the dance show. Seating was unreserved, and I arrived 20 minutes before the show. It was difficult to tell where the empty seats were and I had trouble finding one myself, but a staff member helped me find one. There were also photo spots, souvenir shops, and restaurants outside the venue, so I regretted not arriving a little earlier. It's about a 20-minute walk from Hoi An Old Town. You cross a beautiful bridge. It might be easier to book a transfer service for the return trip.

Although the immigration queue didn't seem very long—some people waited under the escalator, and there was a dedicated counter where you could clear immigration in just 10 seconds—it was incredibly convenient. (By the way, baggage claim at Da Nang Airport is super fast; my luggage came out just as I cleared immigration, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes to leave the airport.)

A must-see in Da Nang! The weather is wonderfully pleasant, and the cable car is magically perched on the mountainside – every corner is a beautiful photo opportunity. All three roller coasters are available for an extra fee; remember there are discounted tickets before 9:30 AM. The Four Seasons Restaurant is alright, but the French Village has many restaurants, so you can choose on the spot.
