Ha Long Bay

If you're planning a trip to Halong Bay, you can book with this company. They'll contact you beforehand to arrange the pick-up time and location, and the guide will clearly explain the time for each stop. The food on the boat is average, but the itinerary is well-connected. The canoeing time is a bit short, which is a shame.

First of all, the cruise ship and bus were both very new, and our guide, Henry, was impeccable—very reliable and enthusiastic. He'll contact you via WhatsApp the day before departure. However, the itinerary in Ha Long Bay was just average. Aside from the amazing cave, everything else was fine, but it felt like being in a crowded tourist destination in China. Food on board was limited, and we arrived back in Hanoi very late, so I recommend bringing extra food. The lunch on the yacht was very ordinary, and I even felt a bit of food poisoning. But I guess this was the best option in Ha Long Bay; I didn't see such a new cruise ship along the way.

This is a legitimate service. I don't know what else to say, I had to quickly get a visa within 2 days and I was getting worried because on the official evisa page it said it would take 3 days minimum to process. You select the package that you want, and complete the traveler info (so this means you provide your flight info, passport info, duration of evisa etc), complete the payment details What will happen is that you will recieve a message on kkday from the agent, to confirm your evisa number and passport info Once that happens, the kkday order will close BUT DONT STRESS within the closing message, the agent will give you their WhatsApp number to contact them directly. The order being completed on kkday means that they have submitted evisa to be expedited, it just means you have to trust the process. I then got an email directly from the official website, stating that its done

The tour guide on board provides detailed explanations of the island hopping tours. Room balconies offer stunning views of Ha Long Bay. The food on board is exquisite, and the service staff are friendly. Happy Hour in the afternoon offers a buy-two-get-one-free deal on drinks; relaxing on the deck while watching the sunset with a drink is very relaxing.

This is a cozy, luxury yacht. Staff there all well train, especially my guide Jack, he provide so much help to me throughout the trip!
