Since this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
If you are booking a room for 3-4 people, you may be asked to provide an extra bed (including a sofa bed).
Due to the lighting up and checking in after dinner, check-in will be late, around 9pm.
As the road surface is slippery, please be sure to wear non-slip footwear (such as shoes with deep grooves on the soles or winter/waterproof boots).
This will be an outdoor nighttime stroll. The temperature will drop below freezing at night, so please bring warm clothing (warm clothes, coat, disposable hand warmers, warm gloves, warm hat, earmuffs, etc.).
Since snowy roads at night can be dark in places, we recommend that you bring a flashlight, and in case of rain, a jacket such as a raincoat or poncho.

Please refrain from wearing yukata in the dining area or lobby. It is convenient if you bring light clothing with you.
All rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.
Due to traffic and weather conditions, some sightseeing spots may be omitted, the itinerary may be changed, the return time may be significantly delayed, and the stay time at accommodations and sightseeing spots may not be as scheduled.
There may be no staff present at meeting points other than the first meeting point. The bus may be delayed due to traffic congestion, etc., but please be sure to wait near the meeting point.
When there are two or more buses, we may omit some of the stops at the departure and arrival points depending on the bus number.
Children (elementary school students) will be charged the same as adults.
Children between 3 and 6 years old (preschool children) will be required to pay 10,000 yen (incl. tax) for bus seating and hotel facility usage (no bedding, meals included only in the case of buffet style).
