In this itinerary, there will be a period of waiting for the train to depart after arriving at Alishan Station (it varies from 2 to 4 hours depending on the train schedule purchased), and there may also be another period of waiting after arriving at the observation deck. At sunrise and dawn, these waiting times are unavoidable. Please make sure you can accept it before registering.
Sunrise and dawn are natural phenomena. No one can guarantee that you will be able to see them. No refund will be given if you don't see the sunrise or dawn. Please understand.
The temperature on the mountain is low and the wind is strong, and you will definitely need to walk (up and down hills or stairs). Please be sure to evaluate your situation before signing up.
The tour price includes a one-way train ticket (Alishan → Zhushan). The ticket is purchased by our company. However, due to the limited number of trains and seats, if our company is unable to purchase a ticket due to insufficient supply, we will refund the ticket fee (NT$150).
This itinerary is not recommended for the elderly, those with mobility impairments, pregnant women, young children, or those with special illnesses. Please be sure to assess your own strength and physical condition and pay attention to your own safety when participating in the tour.

The sunrise belongs to nature and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. Please evaluate the weather by yourself before signing up. Refunds due to poor viewing conditions will not be accepted before or after the tour.
If Fenchi Lake is unable to enter due to too many people and vehicles or traffic control is implemented, you will go to Hinoki Village instead.
This itinerary does not allow passengers to get on and off the bus at different locations, nor does it allow individuals to get on and off the bus at different locations.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
