If the minimum number of participants 20 is not met by 10 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be cancelled.
Children under 6years old can travel for free of charge sitting on your lap. However if you would like to secure a seat, please purchase a child ticket.
It is not included a ticket to the observation deck in this course.
Shirakawago Light up hours are from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
There are no fixed bus services back to Takayama city after the Light up event in Shirakawgo. If you would like to see the Light up in Shirakawago, please participate in this tour.
There may be instances that the arrival will be delayed due to snow or traffic conditions. The observation time may be shorter than planned because of this. We ask for your understanding.
The evenings will be chilly, so please wear clothing suitable for cold weather and shoes appropriate

Before starting the tour, we will disinfect the inside of the vihicle.
Driver and guide are encouraged to wash their hands, gargle, and thoroughly manage their physical condition.
Driver and guide wear a mask during the tour.
We frequently ventilate in the vehicle.

To prevent infectious diseases, some facilities cannot be entered without wearing a mask. Please wear a mask in advance and participate in the tour.
Please wear a mask and refraing from eating, drinking and talking in a loud voice in the vehicle.
We will always replace the air in the vehicle during tour.
Please kindly take all the garbage with you in the vehicle to prevent the infection of the driver and guide.
Please be at pick up point 10 minutes before pick up time
Please notice that might be crowded in sightseeing spots during weekends, holidays and events.
Times are subject to change with or without notice.
As the tour uses a bus for the entire itinerary, arrivals at each site may be delayed due to road conditions.
In case of traffic congestion or any other reasons that affect the tour schedule, staying time at each sightseeing spot will be shortened and arrival time will be delayed.
No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time.
We will full refund in case the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
No smoking inside the vehicle
Please do not stand up or walk while the vihicle is running.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
