Payment must be made on-site. For rentals exceeding one hour, an additional 1/10 of the original price will be charged per hour. For rentals exceeding six hours (inclusive), the daily rate will be applied.
If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, please notify us at least six hours before the scheduled return time. ASAP Regal Car Rental reserves the right to decide whether to extend the rental period.
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Car rental restrictions: (Economy car model) the lessee must be over 20 years old; (imported car model) must be over 25 years old, have a driver's license for more than 1 year, and use a credit card. Foreigners need to hold a passport and international driving license.
The lessee needs to bring his or her ID card, driver's license and credit card (foreigners need to hold a passport and international driver's license) and a car driver's license recognized by the supervision unit, and pay by credit card.
Accidents: If any accidents, theft or other accidents occur to your vehicle, please immediately notify the police 110. Do not settle privately with the other party and call immediately: 0800-506-767 for follow-up processing. The towing company will tow the vehicle. Have it repaired by the nearest original factory. The precautions and the contents of the contract are matters for cooperation between both parties, and both parties should abide by them.
Vehicle breakdown: If the vehicle has defects or poor operation, please inform us immediately. After driving more than 40km or 1 hour, you will still have to pay the daily rental fee. If the tire of the vehicle is damaged, punctured or out of air, please stop driving immediately and inflate and replace it on the spot or contact roadside assistance service. Otherwise, the tire will not be repaired or other parts will be damaged, and the lessee will be responsible for the compensation.
Traffic violations: Any violation tickets or parking fees incurred during the rental period must be borne by the lessee. Violators of road use: Anyone driving at a speed exceeding the prescribed maximum speed limit by more than 60 kilometers per hour, racing or snaking on the road will be fined NT$30,000 to NT$90,000, and their license plate will be suspended for 3 months. The above-mentioned violations will be fined. In addition to the amount borne by the lessee, the lessee will also bear the operating losses incurred by the vehicle due to license plate suspension.
Personal behavior: The lessee shall bear full liability for damage to the vehicle due to drunk driving, legal arrest for criminal conduct, drug use, intentional behavior, referral to an unlicensed driver, or breach of contract, and the lessee shall pay up to the maximum out-of-pocket liability for vehicle damage. Amount limit.
This vehicle must not be overloaded, and must not carry the following items: contraband, dangerous goods, items that are unclean or likely to stain the vehicle, and animals that are not suitable for traveling on the vehicle (animals that can be carried on the vehicle are limited to pet boxes). (If there is damage to the vehicle or causes stains, odor residue, animal hair residue, etc., the lessee must agree to pay compensation for repair or cleaning costs).
The fuel used in this vehicle is provided by the lessee (when returning the vehicle, it must be calculated based on the amount of fuel paid when leaving the vehicle. If the fuel is less than the amount, the lessee shall be responsible for making up, and the excess fuel will not be refunded).
