  • This service provides private one-way transfers between downtown Tokyo and areas including Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kamakura, Izu, Atami, Karuizawa, Nikko, Kusatsu Onsen, GALA Yuzawa, Naeba, and Hakuba.
  • Enjoy direct point-to-point transportation without the hassle of transferring trains or buses with luggage, making it ideal for families, groups, and travelers with large luggage or ski equipment.
  • This product is for a one-way transfer. For round-trip service, please book the outbound and return trips separately.

【Vehicle Information】

・7-Seater: Toyota Alphard or equivalent, max 6 passengers + 3 standard luggage pieces

・Toyota Alphard with Captain Seats: max 6 passengers + 2 standard luggage pieces

・10-Seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, max 9 passengers + 10 standard luggage pieces

・18-Seater: Toyota Coaster or equivalent, max 21 passengers + 5 standard luggage pieces

※ Children are counted as passengers; the use of child seats will occupy seating space.

※ Please inform us in advance regarding extra-large luggage, strollers, and ski equipment, as the actual capacity may vary depending on the vehicle model and luggage size.

【Child Seats】

・One child booster seat can be provided free of charge; please specify this in the remarks when booking.

・From the second seat onwards, a fee of JPY 2,500 per seat applies.

【Important Notes】

・This product is a point-to-point one-way transfer and does not include sightseeing, shopping, or other stops along the way.

・Please confirm your pick-up time and pick-up/drop-off addresses at the time of booking; changes generally cannot be made on the day of service.

・The driver provides 30 minutes of free waiting time. Exceeding this will incur a waiting fee: JPY 5,000/hour for vehicles with 10 seats or fewer; JPY 10,000/hour for vehicles with 14 seats or more.

・Standard service hours are 07:00–22:00. Please note in your booking if you require service outside these hours.

・Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle; please help keep the vehicle clean.

・The standard plan does not guarantee an English-speaking driver; drivers can use translation software to communicate with passengers. If you require an English-speaking driver, please note it in advance for confirmation; a surcharge of JPY 5,000 will apply if successfully arranged.

・Driver and vehicle information will be provided starting 1 day before departure, and no later than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

・Additional fees may apply for areas outside the designated pick-up/drop-off range or in remote locations; customer service will contact you after your order is confirmed.

Overtime Fee

Free waiting time is 30 minutes. For vehicles with 10 seats or fewer: JPY 5,000 per hour (any fraction over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour). For vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (any fraction over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour).

Night Service Fee

The service hours are between 7:00 and 22:00. If your service falls outside these hours, please note it when booking for confirmation by our customer service team. A night service fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged (payable in cash to the driver on-site).

Reminders

  • To ensure a pleasant ride, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle and kindly dispose of your own trash. If the seats, carpets, or interior are soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged based on the actual quote from a professional cleaning company.

  • If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please notify us at least two days before your trip. Please note that we cannot accommodate change requests made one day before or on the day of the service.

  • If your departure or arrival location is outside of downtown Tokyo, the deadhead time will be deducted or an additional fee may apply based on the actual situation. Please provide the correct pick-up and drop-off addresses when placing your order so that our customer service team can confirm the details.
