KKDay's shuttle service was excellent. Because of rain that evening, our itinerary changed, and we were worried about missing the bus. We inquired about changing the time, and they responded promptly, which was great. They even allowed us to change the time, which we greatly appreciated. However, other aspects of KKDay's service were terrible. For example, we never received our JR train tickets, and customer service didn't respond. My family called KKDay's customer service from Taiwan at 7 AM the next morning, and they only said the voucher had been sent, but we hadn't received it in the app or via email (including spam). This severely disrupted our plans for the day. Because of this experience, we will never use KKDay again. However, this shuttle service experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it!

There was a short line for same-day tickets, so I was glad I bought mine in advance. I was very satisfied with being able to admire so many plants. I also saw a few people with pets.

It's very convenient to use, you can buy and use it immediately. The museum itself is well worth visiting, not only for the building itself, but also for its rich collection. The plaza outside the building offers a panoramic view of the sea. Japanese museums never disappoint. It was a fantastic experience.
