It was a great chartered car service. I had some questions before departure and needed to ask customer service, and they responded very quickly. There was also a LINE communication before departure. The driver's attitude and the pick-up and drop-off process were very professional and smooth. This 5-star rating is truly well-deserved. Highly recommended!

During my trip to Tokyo, Japan with my parents, they had to depart first due to our schedule. The driver picked them up from the hotel right on time, so they went back to Narita Airport alone without me, and I am very satisfied. The interior of the vehicle was clean, and the overall service was excellent.

Our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was humorous and had beautifully done nails. She was very responsible and managed the itinerary well. Our driver was a skilled driver; he successfully reversed and entered the parking lot at Shiraito no Taki on his first try without missing a single spot. In the morning, we had just the right amount of time to play on the coconut tree swings and take photos at the Couple Rocks. After having Ichiran Ramen for lunch, we went to Dazaifu. Although it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, we still had plenty of time. Our last stop was in the evening when we took a boat trip on Yanagawa, which was very comfortable. The boatman was handsome and could sing very well. We had a great time all day!

This is the 2nd time we took the Rokumon train. We enjoyed the ambience n the great food served. We love the scenic ride, its something special to do during the trip. We will recommend to our friends.
