Scenic Hot Spring Room: 60 minutes in peak season / 90 minutes in off-season for 2 people. NT$800 per hour will be charged for any overtime.
If you use the scenic hot spring room, you will be charged an additional NT$600 per hour. If you exceed the time limit, you will be charged an additional NT$400 per hour.
If you want to add an extra afternoon tea at the hot spring house, you need to pay NT$420 + 10% service charge on the spot
Scenic Hot Spring Room: Free for children under 130cm. Children over 130cm but under 12 years old are charged NT$300 per hour. Children over 130cm are charged NT$400 per hour.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 20:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
The large public bath is for naked men and women only. Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
The contents of the set menu will change according to the season, and the hotel reserves the right to adjust the menu contents.
Volando shuttle bus service is NT$50 per trip. Due to limited seats, if you wish to take the shuttle bus, please contact Volando Urai Resort & Spa and provide the KKday order number.
Meals and hot springs must be used at once and cannot be used multiple times
If you purchase the Aria SPA Experience Course, it is normal to feel tenderness during the massage due to long-term fatigue in the head and neck and tight muscles. If you feel any discomfort, please inform the therapist at any time.
Please note that you will not be able to use the public bath facilities and private hot springs during your menstrual period. If you enter and use these facilities without prior notice, a refund will not be possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The optimal time to visit Wulai for hot springs is during the cooler months, from autumn (October-November) through winter (December-February), when the warm springs offer maximum comfort. Spring (March-April) is also beautiful, with cherry blossoms blooming along the riverbanks. Summer (May-September) provides a refreshing mountain escape, though less focused on hot springs, it's pleasant for sightseeing and enjoying the cooler climate.
Wulai Waterfall is easily accessible from Volando Urai Resort. It is located near the Wulai Old Street. You can reach the waterfall area by walking from the Old Street, or by taking the Wulai Scenic Train, which offers a picturesque journey directly to the waterfall observation deck. The scenic train departs from the end of Wulai Old Street, providing a convenient and enjoyable ride.
The Wulai Scenic Train connects Wulai Old Street to the Wulai Waterfall area, operating daily with tickets available for purchase at the station. The Wulai Cable Car, located near the waterfall, transports visitors up to the Yun Hsien Resort. Both attractions typically operate from morning until late afternoon, with specific hours subject to seasonal adjustments or maintenance. It's advisable to check current operating schedules upon arrival at Wulai Old Street.
