- Question 1: Are there any participants under junior high school age? If so, please let us know their ages.
- Question 2: Desired date and time for the night tour (e.g., 8 PM on the day of the tour)
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If the guide determines that it is not safe to conduct the tour, or if a high wave warning, storm warning, or other similar warning is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency, the tour may be canceled. In the event of a tour cancellation at the guide's discretion, there will be no cancellation fee.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *Please note that those with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol or are taking medication on the day of the tour are not permitted to participate. *Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all participants during the tour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
