Although the most anticipated parts of the trip—Blue Cave, Pumpkin Cave, and snorkeling—were cancelled due to rough seas, leaving only SUP (Stay-Up), the instructor team prioritized safety and actively arranged alternatives, demonstrating that they weren't just taking risks for the sake of the tour. The SUP experience was very enjoyable; the instructors were very welcoming and proactively took many photos for everyone, carefully organizing and sending them to us afterwards. There was also a Chinese-speaking staff member in the group, which made me feel very safe, as it was my first time visiting Miyako Island and I was traveling alone. Although I didn't get to see sea turtles or visit Blue Cave and Pumpkin Cave this time, I'm actually looking forward to returning with you all next time the weather is better to complete this snorkeling trip. —Miyako-bozu
The service was excellent. Although we didn't speak the language, they always found suitable parking spots. No need to make an appointment; just arrive at the designated spot when the time comes. However, you have to pay the parking fee yourself. The drivers were all very friendly.
Thank you so much for the round-trip transportation! The ladies who greeted us were so warm and lovely, and the snorkeling instructor was incredibly dedicated, always trying to take beautiful photos for us! Highly recommended, even non-swimmers can participate!! (Attached is a picture of the sea turtles we saw!)
The instructor was great, and the free drone flight was fantastic. Highly recommended!
