Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please provide the participant's age and gender.
• Question 2: If you wish to rent a wetsuit, please also include your height and weight (you can specify your build, such as slim or average).

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The tour will be canceled in case of lightning, strong winds, typhoons, etc. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. Also, if the guide decides to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, such as when it is clear that the sunset cannot be seen, no cancellation fee will be charged. (Please note that if you yourself determine that the weather is bad, such as cloudy skies, a cancellation fee will be charged.) Please also note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs, etc., if the tour is canceled.

• ・This tour is susceptible to tides and wind, so we may contact you to discuss a time change after your booking is confirmed. ・This tour will be conducted at the best location for the day, taking into account wind direction and tide levels. Therefore, the meeting place will vary from day to day. We will contact you by message the day before, so please be sure to check your messages. ・The meeting time may vary slightly depending on the sunset time. Please understand in advance. ・Parking may be charged depending on the meeting place. ・Cancellations due to the meeting place are not eligible for free cancellation, so if you would like to know the possible locations in advance, please be sure to contact us before booking. ・Small children may be required to ride with an adult. In that case, the child will be charged the same rate. ・The tour may be canceled at the guide's discretion in case of bad weather or other reasons. In other cases, a cancellation fee will be charged on the day of the tour. ・You will not be on a boat.
