Overtime fee
If traffic congestion or other factors cause delays at various attractions, an overtime fee will be charged. For private charter car exceeding 30 minutes, an additional NT$500 will be charged per hour (payable to the driver on-site).
Child seat fee
The first child seat is provided free of charge.
For two or more seats, each seat costs NT$200. If a child seat is required, please order a nine-seater vehicle and be sure to specify this in the order notes. Payment will be made to the driver on-site.
Additional charges apply for departure/arrival locations outside of Taichung (payable to the driver on-site).
An additional NT$500 per vehicle is required for departures/ends from Sun Moon Lake (for those purchasing a 5-hour tour). An additional NT$1000 per vehicle is required for departures/ends from Qingjing (for those purchasing a 5-hour tour). An additional NT$1000 per vehicle is required for departures/ends from Xitou and Shanlinxi (for those purchasing a 5-hour tour). An additional NT$1000 per vehicle is required for departures/ends from Guguan (for those purchasing a 5-hour tour).
Reminders
Our staff will contact you no later than one day before your departure. Please make sure your internet connection is working properly and pay attention to your mobile phone messages.
The driver primarily speaks Chinese, but uses translation software to communicate in other languages (English, Japanese, and Korean).
No specific vehicle color or model can be specified; the vehicle will be dispatched based on the actual vehicle available on the day of the event.
If traffic congestion or restrictions occur at any attraction due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic will be charged and will not be refunded.
Please arrive at the designated location on time. If the number of participants on the day of departure is less than the number originally booked, the driver has the right to refuse service and will not be able to request a refund.
The itinerary can be slightly adjusted, as long as a consensus is reached with the driver on the day.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
