The fee is reimbursed and must be paid in cash (Japanese Yen) to the driver at the end of the trip.
Overtime service fee
If a passenger is late and causes a trip delay, they can choose to shorten the trip or keep the trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may recommend a return time or adjust the order of attractions based on traffic conditions on the day. If the private charter car time is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged. A time less than one hour will be rounded up to one hour. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
14-seater: 6,000 yen/hour (8,000 yen/hour from December 15th to March 15th; 10,000 yen/hour from December 22nd to January 4th and February 14th to February 23rd)
22-seater: 8,800 yen/hour
45-seater: 11,000 yen/hour
Child seat from the second
The first child seat is free of charge, and there is an additional charge of 2,000 yen for each second child seat and above. Please be sure to note this when placing your order and pay it in cash to the driver on the day of travel.
Vehicle cleaning costs
If vomiting, foul odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle occurs, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
Reminders
Please ensure you accurately indicate the number of passengers, luggage size, and child seats. Please note that if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the upper limit, additional fees may apply or service may be unavailable, and no refund will be given.
Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle (drinking is permitted).
If you have any special needs (such as wheelchair access), please leave a note when booking.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your trip, please submit your request at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
Please be sure to provide a method that can be contacted immediately (such as Japanese phone, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).
