If you're traveling with family, especially with elderly people or children, I highly recommend booking a private car service. You can decide your own travel destinations and stay times, and you can even stop at local supermarkets to buy souvenirs (I bought four large cantaloupes for 7000 yen this time). It was a truly enjoyable and fulfilling trip. Our driver, Mr. Takeda, drove very smoothly that day; I'm very grateful to him.
The driver arrived at the airport early and proactively messaged us to tell us where to pick us up and his license plate number, so we didn't have to look for him at all. He was incredibly efficient in helping us with our large luggage, drove smoothly and quickly, didn't take any detours, and arrived at the hotel on time. He didn't say a single unnecessary word throughout the entire trip. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely book with this company again next time!
This was my first time joining a Japanese-language tour. Only two people showed up on the day, but the bus company still kept their promise and departed on schedule – kudos! Our tour guide, Ms. Matsui, and the bus driver, Mr. Chiba, were extremely dedicated and professional. We communicated smoothly throughout the tour using a translation device. Lunch was also good. The itinerary was relaxed and suitable for all ages.
