Mandatory Online Check-in: After receiving your reservation and our confirmation, please proceed to the mandatory online check-in at https://webcheckin.stardreamcruises.com. The website will open for you to enter the correct passenger information. Note: Online check-in will be open 72 hours before sailing and online check-in will be closed 48 hours before departure.
Please bring your passport + a copy of your ID card (with personal information page) for entry into Japan (A4 size); guests entering Taiwan please bring your passport + a copy of your ID card (with personal information page) and a copy of your permit (A4 size) (see the form) to facilitate entry procedures.
All passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the cruise date. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (including visas and vaccinations) are in good condition prior to departure from their country of origin. Visa and entry regulations vary depending on the travel destination and guest nationality. Guests are advised to consult their local agents and/or diplomatic representatives regarding entry procedures for their proposed itinerary. All guests are responsible for making all arrangements for their visa applications. No refund will be given if a guest is denied boarding due to failure to comply with immigration regulations or these Terms and Conditions.
It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain the required travel documents, including valid passports and visas, prior to departure. Dream Star reserves the right to change all cruises, programs, shore excursions and policies without prior notice.
The carrier will levy a service charge on passengers and is charged per person per night based on the following cabin categories: Inside and Ocean View: SGD 27/HKD 160; Balcony and Deluxe Balcony: SGD 33/HKD 200; Palace Suite and above: SGD 40/HKD 240
If the passenger has not prepaid the service fee, the service fee will be automatically charged to the passenger's onboard consumption account and must be paid before leaving the ship.
Each cabin must have at least (1) passenger who is (18) years of age or older.
Infants under two years old (not including two years old) are free of service fee.
If you require any of the following amendments to your reservation after your ticket has been issued, please contact Customer Service first. An amendment fee of SGD30 / USD20 / RM85 / HKD160 / TWD600 / RMB140 (or its equivalent) will be payable (depending on the currency selected at the time of booking) (“Amendment Policy”): Amendment Type (per amendment and per person) Change of Name (partial only) SGD30 / USD20 / RM85 / HKD160 / TWD600 / RMB140 (or its equivalent) Passenger Cabin Change 3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, a guest’s request for the following changes will be deemed a cancellation and the cruise cancellation policy will apply: ‐ Change of the names of all guests booked in a particular cabin (including where only one guest has booked a cabin); ‐ Change of sailing date; ‐ Downgrade of cabin class; and ‐ Request for any amendment from Resorts World Cruises that is received 4 calendar days or less prior to the departure date. Any request for amendments must be made by the Guest (if the Guest has booked directly with RWC) or the Travel Agent (if the Guest has booked through a Travel Agent) to RWC by telephone or email using the contact details set out at www.rwcruises.com and will only be effective upon payment of the administration fee received at RWC’s ticketing office.
Single traveler: Guests who book a single cabin alone are required to pay the single traveler surcharge. Please contact customer service to purchase additional charges.
Infant and Minor Policy: All guests must be 6 months or older on the sailing date to sail. Infants (under 2 years old) must be accompanied by at least 2 guests at least 18 years old and will be charged the infant rate (tax only). Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guest at least 18 years old in the same stateroom or connecting staterooms.
The cruise will not accommodate guests who are in their 24th week of pregnancy at the start of the cruise or at any time during the cruise. All expectant guests must present a doctor's note to the registration officer before embarkation to verify their pregnancy status and prove that the guest is fit to travel (even if the guest is less than 24 weeks pregnant at the time of disembarkation) in accordance with the cruise contract.
The Cruise Line reserves the right to deny boarding to any guest whose medical condition is unknown prior to booking or sailing, or who may be suffering from a communicable or contagious disease (including but not limited to COVID-19), ill health, or whose appearance may endanger the safety of other guests, or who may be denied landing by the government or regulatory authorities at the destination. In any such circumstances, Resorts World Cruises shall not be obliged to refund any part of the fees whatsoever.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resorts World Cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call/itinerary/price/programme, or impose fuel surcharges or other time-based surcharges at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Resorts World Cruises is committed to protecting the health and safety of its guests. Please note that any additional policies, procedures and safety precautions that may apply to a cruise are based on national regulations. Breach of this clause 16 may be deemed a breach of the cruise contract with Resorts World Cruises and may result in the guest being denied boarding and/or being asked to leave the ship without a refund. By booking or reserving a cruise with Resorts World Cruises, the guest is deemed to have read and understood all safe management measures and enhanced precautions that Resorts World Cruises may implement from time to time to protect the health and safety of guests and crew, and agrees to be bound by the same.

Before booking a cruise with Resorts World Cruises, guests must ensure that they are in good health to travel and will not endanger themselves or others during the cruise. Guests must disclose to Resorts World Cruises any pre-existing medical conditions (whether diagnosed by a physician or not) of which they or the person on whose behalf they are acting are aware, including whether they have been infected with or have symptoms of any communicable disease (including but not limited to Norovirus, Salmonella, Measles, Monkey Pox and/or COVID-19) prior to sailing with Resorts World Cruises.

All bookings made by RWCruises (HK) Limited are subject to the Booking Terms and Conditions, Passage Contract, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By making a booking, the passenger shall be deemed to have voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions, Passage Contract, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, all of which shall be legally binding on the passenger in whole or in part.
