This is a shared tour and the Mandarin-speaking tour is guaranteed to depart. If a 9-seater vehicle is used for the tour, no tour guide will be provided. The onboard staff may use a translation app to communicate
After booking is done, the tour information will be provided in the order voucher one day before departure and the final meeting time and location will be confirmed on LINE or WhatsApp. Please pay attention to the order message, download relevant APPs in advance as instructed and make sure to join the chat group and have good reception
The staff member will only provide brief onboard commentary during the tour. Participants will explore the scenic spots on their own upon arrival
If there are fewer than 6 participants for the English/Japanese/Thai-speaking tour, the tour will be conducted in Mandarin instead. In this case, customer service will notify travellers the day before departure and refund the price difference: NT$250 per guest for the English tour / NT$350 per guest for the Japanese tour / NT$1250 per guest for the Thai tour
Children and adults share the same ticket rate. Children aged under 4 are required by law to use a car seat (an additional NT$300 per set, pay to the driver on-site). Please indicate the number of car seats needed in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking
