If the number of participants on the day of the tour is less than 16, a 9-seater vehicle will be used, and no additional tour guide will be arranged; some service staff may use translation software to communicate with passengers. KKday does not offer refunds, please be aware of this before booking.
If the number of participants purchasing an English/Japanese guided tour is less than 16, the tour will be switched to Chinese service. Customer service will notify the travelers one day before departure and refund the language difference. The language difference is TWD 150 for English service and TWD 400 for Japanese service. The price for this trip is the same for both adults and children. However, if a child is under 4 years old and a car seat is arranged for them, an additional fee of $300 is required according to Taiwan traffic regulations. Please pay the driver in cash and inform them in the remarks.
