- Mount Fuji Autumn Leaf Corridor: Around the Nashigawa River, there is an 'Autumn Leaf Corridor' with about 60 giant maple trees lining both sides of the 150-meter path on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi. From the treetops to the ground, the area is covered in intense fiery maple colors, creating a 'red leaf tunnel' that looks as magnificent as an oil painting.
- Kawaguchiko Asama Shrine: Autumn leaves, Mount Fuji, shrines, and torii gates—this combination represents the quintessential Japanese experience. It is very photogenic this season. 1. The one-day private charter car duration is ten hours (including driving time).
2. If the departure point is not Tokyo, the journey time will be calculated based on the driver's departure time from Tokyo. If the return point is not Tokyo, the customer must allow time for the driver to return to Tokyo from the drop-off point.
3. For continuous private charter car trips of more than two days (if the return destination on the same day is not in Tokyo), the customer is required to bear the driver's accommodation expenses of 10,000 yen/night to prevent the driver from driving due to fatigue.
4. Private charter car trips can visit up to 6 attractions per day, and the total mileage limit is within 300 kilometers. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 150 yen per kilometer will be charged. Please note.
5. This package does not provide reservation services such as restaurant reservations, attraction tickets, and entertainment venues.
6. Please indicate the pick-up and drop-off location and address when placing an order.
7. When placing an order, please provide the private charter car itinerary you would like to arrange in the remarks. If the itinerary cannot be arranged or does not meet the specifications, we will negotiate with you to change the itinerary content or cancel the order.
8. Please accurately fill in the total luggage quantity when placing an order. If the luggage quantity and number of passengers do not meet the requirements, we will negotiate with you to change the car model or cancel the order.
9. If the quantity filled in the order exceeds the carrying capacity of the vehicle, the driver has the right to refuse to pick up and no refund will be made. Please note.
10. If you are unable to provide a plan that meets your itinerary requirements or are unsure whether it can be arranged, please contact customer service for specialized processing and quotation.
11. Please be sure to provide your contact information, such as an easily accessible mobile phone number or social media contact information. Please be advised that if our staff is unable to contact you, no refunds or order changes will be made.
12. According to Japanese law, children under the age of 6 must use a child safety seat (each child occupies 1-1.5 seats). Please inform the driver in advance of the number of child safety seats you will require. The first child safety seat is free of charge, and each additional child safety seat is 1,500 yen, payable to the driver before boarding.
13. An additional ¥2,500 per 30 minutes will be charged for private charter car exceeding the scheduled time (times exceeding 30 minutes will be counted as one hour). Please pay this to the driver before you exit the vehicle. The fare is calculated based on the scheduled pickup time and the final drop-off time (if the departure or drop-off location is outside of Tokyo, the driver's round-trip time will be deducted).
14. Late-night private charter car(10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) will incur an additional charge of ¥5,000 per hour, payable to the driver before boarding. The fare is calculated based on the scheduled pickup time and the final drop-off time (if the departure or drop-off location is outside of Tokyo, the driver's round-trip time will be deducted).
15. If you have a lot of luggage or it's bulky, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to ensure it can accommodate all your luggage. Any additional charges incurred due to not following the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity will be borne by the passenger.
16. In Japan, traffic jams may occur during rush hour, rush hour, and holidays, causing longer travel times.
Japanese holidays include: New Year's Day (January 1, 5 days off), Coming of Age Day (January 8), National Foundation Day (February 11-13), Emperor's Birthday (February 23-26), Spring Equinox (March 20), Showa Day (April 29), Constitution Memorial Day (May 23), Greenery Day (May 4), Children's Day (May 5), Marine Day (July 15-17), Mountain Day (August 11-13), Bon Festival (August 13-16), Respect for the Aged Day (September 16-18), Autumnal Equinox (September 22-24), Sports Day (October 14-16), Culture Day (November 3-5), and Labor Thanksgiving Day (November 23). Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
