A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and wait. The bus will depart on time. No refunds or rescheduling will be given if you are late
Vehicle type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver will be the only staff for the whole tour and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Upon arrival at the attraction, you will be free to explore at your own leisure
The above schedule is only an estimation. Traffic conditions are beyond our control so please avoid arranging activities on that evening in case of any delays
Each adult is allowed to bring for free 1 child under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with a free-admission child, please inform us in the "Remarks" section when booking

Please note that force majeure factors such as traffic and weather may subject the itinerary to changes and cancellation
Departure times and routes of each attractions may be adjusted depending on the road conditions on the day
In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure on the day of departure, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. If the tour is terminated for any reason, all paid tour fees will be refunded. However, any food, accommodation, transportation, or other necessary expenses incurred while waiting for the tour to proceed will be the travellers' responsibility
Please fasten your seat belts while the bus is in motion and do not move around. You will not be able to get on or off the bus outside of the designated attractions
If a traveller leaves midway after the tour begins, a refund will not be possible
Due to limited luggage space, if you are carrying large luggage, please inform us in the "Remarks" section when booking
The maple leaf season may vary slightly depending on factors such as weather conditions each year. If the leaves haven't changed colours or have fallen off, the tour will still visit the spot but only for viewing the scene
If the eco-friendly electric bus is unavailable, the tour will skip Hoheikyo Dam and your ticket fee will be refunded. Instead, the tour will go to Jozankei Futami Park and Futami Suspension Bridge to enjoy the spectacular autumn colors in the valley
Plan A: If the Orchard is closed or fruit is insufficient, fruit picking will be offered at another nearby orchard. Fruit ripening may vary depending on weather conditions, and another alternative may be to eat pre-picked fruit
Plan B: If Tanaka Sake Brewery is closed or at full capacity, the tour will extend the stay at Toyohira Gorge and Otaru Canal
Drinking and driving is prohibited. Drinking is prohibited for those under the age of 18. Excessive drinking is harmful to your health
The brewery provides and are responsible for the alcohol tasting activity; it is not affiliated with KKday. If you have any questions, please contact the brewery
If the tour is terminated after it has begun due to weather, natural disasters or other force majeure, travellers will be refunded the remaining costs after the expenses already incurred. However, other expenses like accommodation, return transportation, etc. will be the travellers' responsibility
Those under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or above
During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with other members in the tour group. Arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour
Bus seating will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
