Adult Ticket: Children aged 12 and over are charged the same price as adults
Concession Ticket: Children aged 3 - 11, and travelers aged 65 and over
Insurance Ticket: For children under 3 years old, please purchase an insurance ticket at the on-site counter to process travel insurance.

- If you need to transport a motorcycle, please purchase a motorcycle ticket on site
- Wheelchair accessible, please note when booking
- Please note that the passenger name of the Dongliu joint booking must be in English
- The ferry cannot be specified and there is no assigned seat. All seats are free. Please queue up on site and board the ship in order. Each ferry can carry a maximum of 192 passengers
- Please use the return ferry within 7 days after the outbound trip. If you exceed the date, you need to purchase a one-way ticket on site.
- Please bring your ID or health insurance card to fill in the insurance information on site
- During peak seasons and when there are a lot of people, we will add Xiaoliuqiu boat trips from time to time, subject to on-site announcements
- It is strictly forbidden to bring pets, compressed gases, explosives, flammable items, radioactive materials, corrosive materials, toxic or infectious substances, and dangerous or sharp objects on board
- In case of force majeure (e.g. bad weather), the supplier will cancel the Xiaoliuqiu ferry ticket and arrange for you to reschedule or get a full refund
- The ticket includes insurance, please be sure to fill in your personal information truthfully on the payment page; the supplier will not be responsible for any damage to the rights of passengers due to false information

Reminders
In the event of flight reductions or cancellations due to weather conditions, passengers may submit a cancellation request, subject to the following rules: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of the departure date. If this 7-day period extends into the following month, the request must be submitted before 23:59 on the day before the last day of the month in which the flight is cancelled (excluding the last day of the month). Example: If a flight is cancelled on June 25th, since the last day of June is June 30th, the cancellation request must be submitted no later than 23:59 on June 29th.
Please arrive 15 minutes early with your identification document and present your QR code to board the ferry according to your desired departure time.
No seat reservation is required; you can choose to ride at any time.
Additional ferry services may be added irregularly during peak seasons and when there are large crowds, subject to on-site announcements.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
