The IWS Taitung station staff were professional and enthusiastic. During the rental period, they provided a detailed explanation of the car's condition and reminded us of driving safety. Upon return, they patiently accompanied us to inspect the car and professionally answered our questions. Furthermore, the car was in perfect condition, demonstrating that it had received meticulous care not only during the rental period but also upon our return. This was the first time I had such a perfect car rental experience, and IWS will definitely be our first choice for future travel and business trips.

I chose the lowest-priced option, but the driving experience was excellent. There were no unusual vehicle conditions or extra charges, making it a great value overall. I thoroughly enjoyed the New Year's Eve celebration, although it was a bit crowded and my car couldn't get in. The service staff were also excellent, providing detailed explanations and being very attentive.

It is a pleasant experience. I love the decoration, food and service. The duration of the trip is long, it is not suitable for infant. If you are fan of Sanrio characters, I think you will love this train as each cabin comes with different pictures.

The guide was very detailed and took lots of photos, and the driver was also very careful, so we were able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. It was great to see the spectacular views of Taroko and the damage caused by the earthquake. I was also glad to be able to see the Qingshui Cliffs.
