Relaxing, leisurely, with beautiful scenery, and a pleasant mood. Transferring between vehicles was very convenient, the restaurants provided excellent service, the eel rice was delicious, and it was great value for money. The whole family had unforgettable memories and is looking forward to the next family trip.
The customized itinerary was very convenient, and they also provided timely suggestions, helping to guide visitors to attractions and calling ahead to inquire about restaurant availability. Thank you, Ms. Liu, for your care over the past four days! And thank you to Mr. Shen for taking me to the airport on the last day.
Our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was humorous and had beautifully done nails. She was very responsible and managed the itinerary well. Our driver was a skilled driver; he successfully reversed and entered the parking lot at Shiraito no Taki on his first try without missing a single spot. In the morning, we had just the right amount of time to play on the coconut tree swings and take photos at the Couple Rocks. After having Ichiran Ramen for lunch, we went to Dazaifu. Although it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, we still had plenty of time. Our last stop was in the evening when we took a boat trip on Yanagawa, which was very comfortable. The boatman was handsome and could sing very well. We had a great time all day!
The luggage space under the tour bus is usable; we brought a suitcase. There's no tour guide for this trip; the entire tour is guided by audio commentary on the app. The driver was very nice and held up signs at each stop to inform passengers of the meeting times. After the Yanagawa cruise, the lunch break is quite tight, and considering the distance to the parking lot, you might need to consider whether to have a proper meal or go directly to Dazaifu for a proper meal. The cherry blossoms at Kamado Shrine were beautiful.
1. You'll find the ticket counters shortly after exiting immigration at the airport. 2. Use Google Maps to check transportation options; it's very accurate and convenient. 3. Note that "Nishitetsu Tenjin" and "Airport Line Tenjin Station" are different—don't go to the wrong one! Look for station staff when entering and exiting the station. 4. Once you arrive at Nishitetsu Yanagawa, you'll need to walk to the boarding area (I saw a shuttle bus in a video), it's quite close, no need to worry. 5. If you want to eat at Wakamatsuya (eel rice, no reservations, but it's quick), consider taking the 9 or 10 am boat ride to catch your lunch. *Bring a hat, it can be quite sunny; consider using a phone strap if needed.* The boatman sings, but there's no boat jumping performance. 6. After eating, keep an eye on the shuttle bus schedule and walk to their designated parking lot to catch the shuttle to Nishitetsu Yanagawa. It's recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes early. 7. Next, go to Dazaifu. Remember to exchange your plum blossom rice cakes for umberg rice cakes. You can wander around freely; you can head towards Tenkaido Naga Shrine.
Our tour guide, Ms. Sun, was professional and considerate. Since the group members came from various countries, she switched between English and Chinese, which was truly impressive and made the entire trip very smooth. Due to the complicated transportation to Yufuin, I highly recommend joining the KKDay day tour.
Fukuoka is very crowded with tourists, causing flight delays. However, the driver kept in touch with us, which was reassuring. He was also very professional in helping us with our luggage. Finally, he even gave us directions to the hotel entrance (parking is not allowed at the main entrance). Very reassuring and professional! Highly recommended!
