After placing an order, customer service will contact the customer to arrange the itinerary according to the agreed pick-up and drop-off locations and tour routes. The start and end points can be at the airport, port, or hotel, depending on the customer's preference.

This private charter car is a 14-seat Toyota Hiace, accommodating a maximum of 13 passengers (without luggage). Alternatively, if there are 9 or fewer passengers, up to 9 pieces of luggage are allowed.

Precautions:

1. One car seat is provided free of charge. For the second car seat, an additional 2,000 yen will be charged.

2. Flight delays and cruise ship port arrival delays are considered force majeure events and can be refunded or changed without penalty.

3. The driver also acts as a tour guide, only providing brief introductions to the attractions while in the vehicle.

4. The private charter car service is for 10 hours. If Fukuoka is not the starting or ending point of the trip, the private charter car service time will be shortened to 8 hours. (Any time exceeding 30 minutes will be counted as 1 hour.) Overtime will incur a charge of 10,000 yen per hour to the driver on-site.

5. If the vehicle is used between 22:00 and 07:00, a night service fee of 5,000 yen will be charged. Please pay the driver in yen cash at the end of the trip.

6. Driver's Accommodation Fee: For multi-day charter tours, if the accommodation is outside the Fukuoka area, the driver's accommodation fee must be paid in cash (accommodation can be booked for the driver), or the driver can be paid in Japanese Yen cash upon presentation of the receipt at the end of the tour.

7. To ensure a pleasant and smooth private charter car experience for passengers, our staff will contact you before departure to confirm your order information. The driver's name and contact information will be provided to the person who made the reservation no later than one day before departure. Please pay close attention to these notifications.

8. To ensure you have ample time to explore and enjoy your trip, you can communicate with the driver at any time on the day of the tour to adjust the itinerary. It is recommended to allow sufficient time when planning your trip and to include travel time in the itinerary design to avoid exceeding the private charter car service duration and incurring additional overtime fees.

9. Service Time: 10 hours (including driving and waiting time). Service time less than 10 hours will still be charged as 10 hours. If the trip departs from or ends outside Fukuoka Prefecture, the return time from that location to the garage will be deducted. Furthermore, all toll fees, parking fees, and other expenses incurred during the trip from the vehicle's departure to its return to the garage will be reimbursed based on actual costs (a detailed breakdown will be provided) and should be paid to the driver in cash on the day of the trip.

10. Please note that if overtime occurs due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic congestion, you will still be charged based on the actual overtime. We recommend that you allow for flexible time when planning your trip.

11. To ensure the safety of passengers and drivers, Japan has strict restrictions on drivers' driving hours and rest periods to effectively prevent traffic problems caused by bus drivers' fatigue. Please be aware of and understand this.

12. For your safety, please fasten your seatbelt at all times while riding in the vehicle. Do not stand up, move around, or change seats while the vehicle is in motion.

13. Please pay attention to your personal safety and property security during your trip. Please keep your valuables safe and carry them with you at all times. Please do not bring any items that are prohibited or controlled by Japanese law, and strictly abide by local public order, good customs, laws and regulations.

14. If you feel unwell or need assistance during the journey, please inform the driver as soon as possible. You can obtain vomit bags from the driver if needed. If any items inside the vehicle are damaged or soiled as a result, you will be required to pay for the damage.
