1. Does the driver speak Chinese?
A: The drivers are generally Chinese speakers who have lived in Japan for many years.
However, during peak travel seasons, if a Japanese-speaking driver needs to be arranged, we will inform you in advance.
2. Is it possible to get picked up in City A and dropped off in City B?
A: The driver defaults to departing from Fukuoka. Please refer to the following examples:
If you book a Kumamoto day tour, you can be picked up in Fukuoka and dropped off in Kumamoto. This is acceptable, and the service duration is 8 hours.
If you book a Kumamoto day tour, you can be picked up and dropped off in Kumamoto. This is acceptable, and the service duration is 8 hours.
*If you book a Kumamoto day tour, pick-up or drop-off in Oita is generally not allowed. However, if a tour happens to end in another city the day before, it can be arranged, but an additional fee will be required. Please consult customer service for details.
3. Can I change the departure time or hotel address after placing the order?
A: No problem. Please inform us of any changes to the departure time or hotel address one day before departure.
4. Can I change the itinerary on the day of the tour?
A: The driver is dedicated to your group for the day, so the itinerary is flexible. Changing the itinerary on the day based on actual conditions is no problem.
5. How do I contact the driver after placing the order?
A: After placing the order, customer service will add your LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat. One day before the trip begins, customer service will create a group chat with you and the driver.
You can communicate with customer service at any time if you have any questions.
6. I am not very familiar with Kyushu, can you recommend a travel route?
A: We will do our best to ensure you have a perfect trip.

7. Is the amount shown on the page per person?
A: We charge by vehicle. The price shown on the page is the vehicle price.
Please inform customer service of the number of passengers and luggage pieces, and they will recommend a suitable vehicle type for you.
8. How long can I stay at each attraction?
A: The duration of stay and departure time can be decided by the guests themselves. Travel at your own pace.
When consulting customer service, please provide your travel dates, number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, and the attractions you wish to visit.
Customer service will provide a suitable sightseeing route and vehicle type based on your needs.

After receiving the order, customer service will contact you to confirm the pick-up hotel and itinerary.
Other Expenses:
・Actual highway tolls and parking fees incurred on the day must be paid to the driver in cash.
・This product defaults to pick-up and drop-off in Fukuoka. If pick-up or drop-off occurs in a city other than Fukuoka, an additional empty-run fee of 3,000-10,000 JPY will be charged.
・For multi-day charters, if an overnight stay is required in a city other than Fukuoka, a 7,000 JPY accommodation subsidy for the driver is required.
・Overtime for 5-seater/7-seater/10-seater vehicles is calculated at 5,000 JPY/h, and 10,000 JPY/h for vehicles with more than 10 seats.
・You can specify a 3rd generation Alphard for the 7-seater vehicle for an additional 6,000 JPY.
・During the Spring Festival peak season (one week before and after the Spring Festival), an additional Spring Festival surcharge applies as follows due to increased costs:
5-seater and 7-seater vehicles: 10,000 JPY/day.
10-seater vehicles and above: 15,000 JPY/day.

It is a sacred site for praying for academic success, visited by many loving parents and high school students preparing for entrance exams. Up to 7 million people visit each year to pray and write their wishes for success on small wooden plaques.
- 【Itoshima】Itoshima is a travel and leisure destination that many locals keep to themselves. Located less than an hour's drive from downtown Fukuoka, it is a beach paradise with abundant sunshine and a bustling surfing scene. It also features many small seaside cafes, making it a perfect photo spot with highly aesthetic results.
- 【Fukuoka Tower】Fukuoka Tower is the third tallest building in Japan, standing at 234 meters, making it the tallest seaside tower in the country. Covered by over 8,000 half-mirrors, the tower reflects the cityscape of Fukuoka. It radiates light both day and night. Observation decks are located at heights of 116 meters and 123 meters, offering panoramic views of Fukuoka City and Hakata Bay.

The main enshrined wooden standing statue of the Eleven-faced Thousand-armed Kannon Bodhisattva and the wooden seated statue of Priest Seiga are both designated as National Important Cultural Properties. • The default pick-up and drop-off point for this product is Fukuoka. If you pick up or drop off in a city other than Fukuoka, you will need to pay an additional empty vehicle fee of 3,000-10,000 yen.
• For multi-day private charter car, if accommodation is required in cities other than Fukuoka, a subsidy of 7,000 yen will be provided for the driver's accommodation.
• Overtime for 5/7/10 seats is charged at 5,000 yen/hour, and for 10 seats or more, it is charged at 10,000 yen/hour.
• An additional 6,000 yen can be paid to specify the 7-seater model as the third-generation Alphard.
