The minimum number of participants for a shared day trip to Sun Moon Lake in Nantou is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation email notification will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
This is a carpooling fixed itinerary. Temporary changes and adjustments to attractions are not accepted. Please be sure to abide by the stay time at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the service staff.
If you use a 5/9-seater car, no tour guide will be arranged separately; some drivers and guides may use translation software to communicate with passengers, please pay attention to this before placing an order.
Due to the long journey, if you use a 5/9-seater vehicle, the service staff will mainly provide explanations on the bus, and participants will go to the scenic spot on their own after arriving at the scenic spot.
On the day of departure, please ensure that your mobile phone and communication software are accessible to avoid delays in your trip due to lack of connection.
Adults and children are charged the same price. If the child is under 4 years old, a 5/9-seater vehicle must be used in accordance with Taiwan's traffic regulations. A safety seat of $300 must be paid to the driver. Please inform the driver in the remarks.
When traveling, please carry your documents and valuables with you and keep them properly. If they are lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be responsible for the consequences.
If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. If personal or property safety is affected as a result, the consequences will be borne by you.
The arrival time of each itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. Please forgive us if the above or other force majeure factors cause delays or cancellations; you cannot request a refund on this basis.
If the cancellation occurs on a Saturday, Sunday, or a consecutive holiday in Taiwan, the stay at other attractions will be extended as an alternative without further notice.
Suggested service fee: Giving service staff a little tip at the right time is an international etiquette and also a substantial encouragement and praise. For the tour leaders, local guides and drivers who serve you along the way, you can give them tips to encourage and praise their performance during the trip.
If the vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, according to local laws in Taiwan, the cleaning and repair costs will be borne in full by the passenger. Please be aware.
