Using a QR code for entry is incredibly convenient. From sunrise to sunset to nighttime views, you can take in Taipei's day and night scenery all at once – it's excellent value for money. And the kafe D on the 89th floor is delicious!

I used it for both the outbound and return journeys, and exchanging the ticket at the counter was incredibly easy. I was surprised to find that both trains were completely full. Advance reservations are definitely necessary, and the discounts are fantastic.

Setting it up is as simple as following the instructions. Once you get used to it, there shouldn't be any problems, but you might feel anxious at first. However, it's incredibly cheap, the communication works perfectly, and I highly recommend it!!

Getting to Jiufen and Shifen from Taipei is difficult. Even if you take a taxi, there's a risk of not being able to find one on the way back, so it ends up being more like chartering a taxi (I wonder if you can call one with an app...?) The other tourist spots were places I wouldn't have thought to go to on my own, but they were worth seeing. The weather was a bit bad, which was a shame, but I'll definitely use their services again when I return to Taiwan. Unfortunately, they didn't speak Japanese, and although I wanted to get along with them, there was a lack of communication. We ended up communicating using LINE translation... Thank you very much for your help. I think the experience varies depending on the person in charge.

I usually use a SIM card or pocket Wi-Fi, but this is easier and cheaper! Setting it up took a little effort, but I'm glad I used it. I chose the 1.5GB/day plan because I use maps constantly, and I'm happy that I was able to use it without worrying about data usage.

The itinerary is well-organized, allowing you to visit several attractions in one day without feeling rushed. The tour itself is very affordable, so entrance fees to the forest park and bumper cars are not included, but considering the overall price, it's quite reasonable. Those interested should keep this in mind. Meals are provided by the participants themselves and can be enjoyed at their own pace throughout the trip, offering more flexibility. Special praise goes to our tour leader, "Miao Ge," who was incredibly responsible and attentive, driving very smoothly and making the mountain roads feel very safe. Overall, the itinerary, scenery, service, and transportation were all excellent, offering great value for money! If you want to spend a day exploring Taipingshan and enjoying its natural beauty, I highly recommend this day tour.

This pass is very convenient. This time, I went to Kaohsiung and chose the 2-day unlimited ride pass for the Kaohsiung MRT and trams, along with a sightseeing bus plan to Sun Moon Lake. The bullet train was quite crowded, and my husband and I couldn't reserve seats next to each other, but we were able to change it at the ticket counter on the day of travel. Even with reserved seats, you can change the time anytime if you choose unreserved seats. However, it's very crowded, so reserved seats are difficult to get. Be careful, as you must reserve the bus to Sun Moon Lake by 12:00 PM every day; you cannot reserve it on the day of travel. I didn't have a suitable time either, but as long as I had the QR code, I could board any bus. This time, I thought I could make reservations using only the KKday app, but it turned out I also had to install the Taiwan Pass app and make bullet train reservations on the High-Speed ​​Rail website, which was a bit of a hassle, but once you do it, you get used to it, and it's a great pass, so I would like to use it again.

The fare was 749 yuan. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The music played quietly and wasn't noisy. The driver provided excellent assistance with loading and unloading luggage, drove smoothly, and the price was reasonable.

I used the service on the day without a reservation. I took the bus departing Taichung around 9 AM and the bus departing Sun Moon Lake around 6 PM (weekdays). I boarded the first bus on the way there and it was almost full halfway through, but there was plenty of room on the way back. The bicycle rental shop is right next to the Sun Moon Lake bus stop. The bicycle included in the tour is a regular city bike, so I paid an extra fee to upgrade to an e-bike and cycled around Sun Moon Lake (33 km).

It was very hot. The railway bike ride was a lot of fun, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. It was a bit of a shame that I couldn't buy a round-trip ticket this time. Changing my train time at the last minute was possible by waiting in line, which was quite convenient.
