If the driver cannot contact you due to personal reasons, in order to ensure the travel time of all guests, the driver will wait for 5 minutes and then leave. It will be regarded as the guest automatically giving up the trip, and the fee will not be refunded. The loss will be borne by the guest.
During the trip, in order to ensure the smooth travel of other guests. If the guest fails to return to the agreed location at the designated time, the driver will wait for 5 minutes. Guests who are late/fail to return on time will need to go to the next attraction on their own. If you do not go to the next attraction, it will be regarded as leaving the group and giving up the trip, and no refund will be given.
There are parking spots available during this tour, and you are allowed to leave the group; however, you cannot change the parking spots at will, thank you for your understanding. If you leave the group midway, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. And if this causes personal or property safety, the consequences must be borne by yourself.
Due to limited space in the vehicle, each passenger can only bring one piece of checked luggage 28 inches or less for free. Please inform us in the remarks when booking. If you need to bring more than one piece of checked luggage, you will need to pay a space fee of JPY2,000 per piece for the excess luggage, which must be paid to the driver on site.
The natural scenery is affected by the weather of the day, which is a force majeure factor. If you do not enjoy the scenery as expected, there will be no refunds

Cancellation Policy
