The itinerary was fantastic! There was ample time to explore Uji matcha culture and admire Nara's ancient temples and friendly deer. Transportation was smooth, the tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and the itinerary was always on time. A relaxing day trip to multiple attractions, and definitely worth it as it avoids public transportation!
A wonderful introduction to Kyoto’s famous temples and shrines. Each site offered a glimpse into Japan’s deep history, spiritual traditions, and timeless beauty, making the experience both educational and inspiring. Our guide, Theodore (aka Ted or Teddy) Chen-san, was knowledgeable, well-organized, and very considerate of elderly travelers, offering helpful tips, rest opportunities and allowing them a comfortable pace. He managed the group smoothly while ensuring everyone felt included. His professionalism, patience, and local insights greatly enhanced our Kyoto experience. Highly recommended for a meaningful and stress-free day trip.
Nick was incredibly enthusiastic, passionate about his work, and eager to help guests and the entire group, making for a fulfilling and smooth experience. He had many great tips, and every stop was a delightful surprise; my daughter and I had a truly wonderful day.
Our tour guide Nick san has a great sense of humour and very knowledgeable about Japan. He told us the history of the places we went to and taught us some simple Japanese phrases! He took care of us well and even treated us some little snacks! Definitely enjoyed this tour!
The day before departure, our tour guide, Cicy, added us to a group chat and provided a detailed itinerary, meeting points, and times. Once on the bus, she concisely explained the features and important notes for each attraction, keeping everything clear and concise. She also shared information about different types of food and provided Google Maps locations for the shops, making them very easy to find. Excellent! 👍🏻
Today's itinerary was relaxed and enjoyable, thanks to our guide, Mr. Hu, who led us with great care. He did an excellent job of avoiding crowded photo spots, managing the time effectively, and providing excellent explanations. The good time management allowed us ample time for photos, buying souvenirs, and having lunch. Overall, we were very satisfied. The other members of our group were also very cooperative, all arriving on time and boarding the bus promptly. No one fell behind during the trip because Mr. Hu explained the route very clearly and concisely, and also sent us our location. I am truly grateful and would recommend him to anyone visiting Kyoto. I hope you are also lucky enough to have Mr. Hu as your tour leader.
