To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making last-minute changes. If you fail to board due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

As this is a shared group tour, please do not be late for the meeting point or attractions. We will not wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be provided. You will be responsible for any costs or liabilities arising from any accidents that may occur after being late.

In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times without prior notice, and may even cancel some rides or performances.

This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. For your safety, our staff reserves the right to request that guests suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The final decision will be based on the actual situation on the day.

Transportation, sightseeing, and stay durations during the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic congestion, weather, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions with the consent of the guests, provided that the number of attractions remains unchanged.

Each guest is allowed to bring a maximum of one piece of luggage for free; please note this in the 'Special Requirements' field when placing your order. If you do not notify us at least one day in advance and bring luggage on the day, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding as it may cause crowding and affect driving safety. In such cases, no refund will be provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The vehicle type will be arranged based on the actual number of participants. Please be aware that you cannot specify the vehicle type.

It is not permitted to leave the tour early or drop out mid-trip. If you choose to leave the tour, any unfinished parts will be considered as your own voluntary withdrawal, and no fees will be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the tour. We appreciate your understanding.

For travelers aged 70 or older or pregnant women, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure safety and complete the necessary protection procedures. Please note this in the 'Special Requirements' field when booking, and we will send the waiver document via email after receiving your order. Please sign it in advance and send a photo back to us to complete the registration process.

Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn foliage, special blooming periods, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery, hot spring seasons, festivals, etc.) are highly susceptible to climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official notifications. If no official cancellation notice is received, we will proceed according to the original plan. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided if blooming periods or special events do not meet expectations.

We will do our best to accommodate seat requests; however, as this is a shared group tour, seat allocation is primarily based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please note them in the remarks section, and we will try our best to arrange suitable seating for you.
