Transportation, sightseeing, and stay durations during the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. Each guest is allowed to bring a maximum of one piece of luggage for free; please note this in the 'Special Requirements' field when placing your order. If you do not notify us at least one day in advance and bring luggage on the day, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding as it may cause crowding and affect driving safety. In such cases, no refund will be provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It is not permitted to leave the tour early or drop out mid-trip. If you choose to leave the tour, any unfinished parts will be considered as your own voluntary withdrawal, and no fees will be refunded.
