Purchase Notice
- This tour will be cancelled due to sudden bad weather or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will contact customers who have made reservations to inform them of the cancellation. (Minimum number of participants: 15 people per session)
- A decision regarding the tour's operation will be made the day before the scheduled date. In case of cancellation, we will contact you by phone or email around noon the day before the tour. Please register a phone number where you can be reached during the day.
- Please note that reservations are not required for southbound services.
- Please arrive at the bus boarding area well before the scheduled departure time. Please note that the bus will depart on time.
- Please note that if you lose your ticket after exchanging it, you may not be able to board the ropeway or bus.
- Please be sure to check the Central Alps Sightseeing Ropeway Terms and Conditions (link to terms and conditions) before purchasing.
- Cancellations are possible up until the scheduled date of use (the day of use). Cancellations are not possible after the scheduled date of use. Please note that if you have not checked in after the scheduled bus has departed, we will process your cancellation.
- One ticket will be issued per reservation. Tickets will not be issued for each person, so if you plan to go your separate ways, please purchase tickets individually at the time of check-in.
- Tickets are valid only on the selected date of use. (The return ticket is valid for 3 days including the date of use.)
- If you board a bus from a bus stop outside the designated sales area, please pay the difference in fare in cash on board. Also, if you get off the bus midway and do not inform the driver of your intention to transfer, the rest of your ticket will be invalidated.
- Customers arriving by car are requested to park in nearby parking lots (such as the Suganodai Bus Center parking lot) before coming to the venue. Please note that on busy days, the Suganodai Bus Center parking lot, which is closest to the reception area, may be full. In that case, you will be directed to a temporary parking lot, so please allow ample time for your arrival.
- We do not accept changes to the number of people after a reservation has been made. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
