This tour utilizes trains departing from Osaka between 7:00 and 11:15. The meeting time is scheduled for approximately 30 minutes before the train departure time, so it may be as early as 6:30 AM in Osaka.
The fireworks viewing seats for this tour will be either "stand seats" (tiered seats closest to the bus parking area) or "group seats" (group seating on a plastic sheet laid out on the dirt ground of the riverbank). *Some of the ground fireworks will not be visible from the "stand seats".
Please note that it will take approximately 10-20 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the viewing area. There is no shade or anything to block the sun in the viewing area. Please bring something to block the sun, such as a parasol or a personal mat. Also, it will be dark when returning to the parking lot from the viewing area after the fireworks, so a flashlight will be useful. Please note that the use of camera tripods is prohibited in the viewing area. Due to the expected heavy traffic on surrounding roads, your arrival back at your hotel after the fireworks display will be late at night. Please be aware of this in advance.
If the fireworks display is canceled before departure due to severe weather conditions such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled and the full tour price will be refunded. If the fireworks display has not been canceled by the time of departure, the tour will depart as scheduled. In the unlikely event that the fireworks display is canceled after departure, the fireworks display portion of the itinerary will be omitted, and the equivalent cost of the viewing seats purchased by our company will be refunded.
On the other hand, if we determine that we cannot guarantee the safety of the tour based on the typhoon's path and intensity forecast, the tour may be canceled. We will generally contact you the day before your departure, but in some cases, we may only inform you at the meeting place on the day of the tour. We apologize, but transportation costs to the meeting place will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the expected heavy crowds, we will prioritize fireworks viewing in our itinerary. There is a possibility that some parts of the itinerary may be changed. Also, due to safety regulations for tour buses, there may be long waits before departure from the station or hotel.
Please leave the seating arrangements for transportation (bus, airplane, train, etc.) and accommodation room assignments to us. We kindly ask that you refrain from reclining your bus seat.
Even when booking for two or more people, train seats may not be adjacent or may be separated. Additionally, you may be assigned to two separate rooms. Furthermore, your room may be a smoking room. Please be aware of this in advance.
The ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions. In that case, an alternative sightseeing destination or a refund of the fare will be offered.
