All transportation to and from Tateyama Kurobe will be booked through our company. Please do not purchase tickets for entry to the mountain on your own.
Departure time will be based on the actual entry time offered by the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route on the day of departure. The final departure time will be sent in advance notice no later than three days before departure. Please pay attention to the relevant information.
The bus will depart on time. If you are late or unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, it will be considered as a voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Bus seats are one person per seat, and seats cannot be assigned. Opposite-sex seating may be arranged, but the actual arrangement on site shall prevail.
If you need to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and sign a departure consent form; you will be solely responsible for your own itinerary and safety after leaving the group, and no refund will be given.
