Depending on the strawberry growing conditions and the weather on the day, you may be offered an all-you-can-eat session (approximately 30 minutes) of pre-harvested strawberries.
Strawberry picking will be carried out rain or shine. In the event of rain, some farms may not allow umbrellas. Please bring a raincoat or similar. We also recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
The best time to see the cherry blossoms may vary depending on weather conditions. After the departure date has been confirmed, the tour will proceed even if you are unable to enjoy the cherry blossoms at each tourist spot. *Please note that we may make some changes to the tour content or cancel the tour. In such cases, we will contact you in advance.
If you wish to change the meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., a fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge you the actual cost.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.
The tour fee for children (ages 3-5/preschoolers) is 5,000 yen. The fee includes only a bus seat, and does not include lunch or all-you-can-eat strawberry picking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
