- Anyone aged 7 or older can participate.
- Important Note Regarding Tattoos: Guests with tattoos may not be permitted access to the hot spring facilities. Please be sure to inform us in advance.
- Each boat can carry a fixed number of 7 people. If there are more than 8 people making reservations, the boat will be split into 2 boats. We apologize for the inconvenience.
[Important things to note before and during participation]
- Be aware of typhoons or localized heavy rain: In principle, the trip will proceed as scheduled even in the rain, but itinerary changes or cancellations may be necessary due to inclement weather or rising river levels.

Changes to the schedule or cancellations are free of charge.
Weather conditions can change rapidly. Please contact us before you depart if the weather is unstable.
If the trip has to be cancelled on the same day, the traveler will be responsible for the transportation costs to the destination. We apologize for any inconvenience. - No alcohol consumption allowed during the trip: Participation in the trip is prohibited.
If you are found to be intoxicated during the check-in process, you will be refused participation in the trip.
Lunch is included. Please refrain from drinking alcohol until the end of the tour.
In such cases, it will be considered a cancellation for that day, and no refund will be given for the participation fee.
Entering a river while intoxicated is extremely dangerous. Please understand and cooperate for your safety. - Injury situation: If an injury occurs during the trip, it will be treated on-site and, if necessary, sent to the hospital or given first aid.
You will be responsible for the medical expenses incurred by the medical institution. Please bring a copy of your health insurance card.
If hospitalization expenses occur subsequently, the same procedure will be followed, and the company's injury insurance benefits will apply. - Safety Participation Standards: To maintain navigational balance and ensure emergency response safety, this itinerary includes body type recommendations.
