The second day's departure time from the hotel will vary depending on the time of reservation for the Alpine route; this information will be provided on the day of the event.
It should be noted that the arrival time in Shinjuku will also be influenced by the reservation time for the Alpine route and the train schedule.
Due to inclement weather, there is a possibility that rides on the Alpine Route may be suspended and you may not be able to pass through the route. In that case, we will refund for the fare of Alpine route. However, please be aware that if there is an alternative plan, this refund does not apply.
Please note that the height of the snowy valley changes from year to year and also during the period.
The Snowy Otani Walk will be held at Murodo on the Alpine Route. After arriving at Murodo Station, you will have free time to enjoy a walk and have lunch on your own.
The period of the Snowy Otani Walk is subject to change.The Snowy Otani Walk event may be canceled due to bad weather, etc. There are no refunds in this case.

Important Notes During Bus Tour
Travel tickets and train limited express tickets will not be handed out in advance. The tour conductor will give it to you on the day of departure.
After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.
Itineraries and times listed are subject to change due to transportation delays, road conditions, weather conditions, etc.
We will decide the seating arrangements on trains and buses. Seat request is not available. Also, there is no guarantee that your group members will be able to sit together.
Depending on the number of participants, the coach size may vary (medium or small size)
You can leave your luggage on the bus, but please take care of your valuables yourself.
Any facility admission fee not shown in the schedule is not included.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
