If the minimum number of participants (10) is not reached 7 days prior to the scheduled date, the tour may be cancelled on that date. In this case, we will contact you to offer you an alternative date or, if it does not work out for you, we will refund your money.
The climb up to the hill of the Arakurayama Sengen Shrine requires a certain level of fitness from the participant, as there are more than 300 steps. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and bring water and a towel on hot summer days. If you do not feel like climbing all the way to the top, you can wait for the group at a rest area in front of the stairs or on the bus.
Lunch and snacks are not included. However, you will have free time at Gotemba Premium Outlets for either shopping or dining.
About the Shibazakura schedule:.
Although the schedule is based on the usual flowering time, the best time to view the flowers may vary depending on weather conditions.
The tour will take place as soon as the number of people is sufficient, regardless of the best time for flower viewing.
Reminders
Please be on time for the morning meeting time. The departure time is 8:00 a.m., and we will not provide refunds for those who do not arrive on time (this includes possible delays of trains, subways, taxis, etc. that you will use to get to the meeting point).
As required by Japanese law, please wear a seat belt on the bus.
There is no restroom available on the bus, but we will take some toilet breaks on the way.
Please refrain from loud conversations on the bus out of respect for the other guests.
Please note that the arrival location of the tour cannot be changed.
Depending on weather conditions (such as high humidity, heavy rain, fog), Mt. Fuji may not be visible.
Please note that no refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or changes to the tour schedule made by the tour guide or any of our staff.
The order of visits on the itinerary may be changed.
In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, please note that the schedule may be changed or time shortened at any of the sightseeing spots. We suggest that you do not make any plans for the evening (e.g. dinner reservations or flights).
As it may be cold in the mountains, please bring warm clothes.
If the arrival time to Tokyo is delayed due to traffic or other reasons, we will not be responsible for taxi fares, overnight accommodations or other expenses.
If there is only a small group of participants, other smaller vehicles may be used instead of the large bus.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
