Arrangement was easy and smooth, driver is very professional and gave clear instructions where to wait for him. I did not top up for name placard service. The provided car was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for this service especially when travelling with small kid.

The weather was great and we could see Mt. Fuji, which was great! It was windy and a little chilly. I think it would have been nice to bring a jacket or scarf. We went with four adults and one child. They also had activities that my 5-year-old daughter could enjoy (I think she was over 100cm tall, but I can't quite remember). They had a lot of fun with the zip line, which was a fun addition. The long zip slide was windy, so we spun around, and it was pretty fast, so it was a bit scary, but we had a lot of fun! I'm glad we were able to do it round trip. It's not suitable for people with bad legs. The climb back to the starting line is quite tough. To play, you have to climb the mountain slope, so we were panting and playing. I'm not very strong, so I got really out of breath. I think it might be more difficult for older people. Our family has a place to sit across the suspension bridge (it's relatively flat, covered, and outdoors), so we rested there while accompanying our child and exploring various things. It was a great memory, and my daughter said she wants to go again! I was also happy that the toilets were heated. Even though it was a weekday, there were quite a few foreigners and tour groups, so it was quite lively!
