When visiting the frost-covered trees light-up, please take all possible precautions against the cold. Temperatures around the summit range from -8°C to -15°C.
The Zao Ropeway may be suspended due to bad weather. In that case, we will refund 1,500 yen for adult fare and 500 yen for child fare.
Some roads are frozen and very slippery. There is a risk of falling, so please wear snow boots or shoes suitable for walking in the snow.
To get to Ginzan Onsen, transfer to the shuttle bus and transfer.
The appearance of frost-covered trees changes depending on the weather and snow conditions.
You may not be able to see the frost-covered trees depending on the weather conditions.
In some tourist spots, you may not be able to see the snow scenery due to weather conditions.
Stay time may be shortened depending on road congestion and weather.
Due to Takahata Winery being closed on February 1st and 5th, it will be changed to shopping at Michi-no-Eki Yonezawa.

After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.
The scheduled time and content listed may change due to road conditions.
In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not respond to any claims.
Depending on the number of participants, it may be a medium-sized bus or a small bus.
There is no toilet on the bus.
Smoking is not allowed inside the bus/train. In principle, reclining is not permitted. (Excluding some courses)
The arrival point may differ from the meeting place.
Forgotten items will be kept for 2 weeks after the end of your trip. However, we will immediately dispose of food items such as living things and items that are difficult to store. Thank you for your understanding.
Please refrain from participating with pets.
Our company will decide the seats on the bus.
In the event of an emergency, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour conductor. Please note.
Facility entrance fees included in the tour price are different from the official price. There is no refund or additional charge for the difference from the posted price after the tour departs.
If the number of participants is less than 25, or if the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, the tour must be changed or canceled by the day 3 days prior to the start of the tour (13 days prior to accommodation).
We may not be able to meet your seat request, hotel smoking/non-smoking request, or allergy request. There is a possibility that we may refuse your request in advance after explaining.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
