Hualien City

I needed a car on short notice during my trip to Hualien, so I booked directly through the KKday app. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the car immediately after booking – the response time was incredibly fast! The rental location is right across from the train station, very easy to find. The staff at the rental location processed the paperwork very simply and efficiently, with no tedious waiting. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, and the car was in excellent condition. I highly recommend it to travelers looking for efficiency and high value for money. I'd definitely visit again next time I'm in Hualien!

Although the weather was so-so, the driver was very responsible, stopping at each attraction to help take photos, and the itinerary was well-planned.

I was able to use it with almost no signal problems everywhere in Kaohsiung, Tainan, and Taipei. The rental location was to the right after exiting the arrival lobby of Terminal 2 at Taoyuan Airport. Returning it was easy; I just put it in the return box at the information desk in the lobby of Terminal 2 at Taoyuan Airport. If you keep your smartphone connected, the battery level will drop to about 20% in 5-6 hours on a full charge, so a spare battery is essential.

- Very educational - Short class before going out to the sea. It felt like I was in secondary school again with the wooden tables and projector and all. Quite interesting content as well - Driver was very on time for pick up. Will ask us where we want to be dropped off > if it’s nearby they ll help to group drop off places together for the whole group (4 different card in the entire we had for the day we booked) Driver was very kind and friendly too - We managed to see dolphins close up!! BUT please plan according to the period you are going. Certain months sightings are rare - You can get to choose ur seats. Personally I enjoyed the lower deck. But anyway u can move in between decks. - may get sea sick hehe - for English only speaking visitors it ll be difficult to understand what the guide is educating us on ( quite interesting but she has a lot of energy and will keep on talking)

The driver will introduce tourist attractions, thoughtfully arrange suitable routes, and carefully pay attention to the needs of passengers.

The staff at the pick-up and drop-off counter, the captain, and the guides were all fantastic! We even managed to see whales! I recommend coming in the summer when the waves are calmer.
