We hired a car for two consecutive days, and the company arranged the same driver, which made communication easy. The car was new, spacious, and very comfortable. We would definitely hire a car for our next trip.

The staff were very friendly and patient, promptly stopping a child chasing a capybara. They knew the names and habits of all the animals well, making me want to go again. However, the downside is that the food and drinks inside are quite expensive, even with the discount on the entrance ticket.
