Although the tour guide only spoke Japanese, I could clearly understand what he was saying about the attractions using the S Translate app on my phone. I was extremely satisfied with this one-day tour and highly recommend it! 👍👍

Communication was clear. Driver YH was always punctual and ready to pick you after you are done with the spots. I am prone to motion sickness, but the journey was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. I was even able to enjoy a good nap during the journey. The rides were smooth, quiet, and stress-free throughout the trip. She provided useful suggestions and local tips along the way. At each stop, she clearly informed us how much time we had, which helped us manage our schedule and enjoy each location without feeling rushed. One thing to note is that toll charges and parking fees are not included in the quoted price and will need to be settled directly with the driver at the end of the trip. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a safe, skilled, and reliable driver. We would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Hokkaido.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The resort is surrounded by a vast grassland and ranch, offering a variety of activities. There are also several restaurants on site, though the prices are higher than usual. The hotel's outdoor baths offer views of the grassland, and we even saw a deer grazing there that evening – a truly unique experience. In the morning, we took a cable car to see the sea of clouds, but unfortunately, there weren't any that day, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, we'll see it next time. However, on the day we checked in, there were many students on their study tour, and their noise slightly affected the experience.
