Airport pick-up: 60 minutes from your designated pick-up time.
Airport drop-off or other point-to-point transfers: 30 minutes from your designated pick-up time.
In case of flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If we do not receive your contact, the driver has the right to leave without waiting for you; please understand that no refund will be given in this situation.
If you wish the driver to continue waiting beyond the free waiting time, an overtime waiting fee of ¥2,900 (tax included) will be charged every 15 minutes, provided it does not affect subsequent orders.

For departures between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional late-night service fee of 20% of the original price will be charged. Customer service will confirm this with you after you place your order.
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during their journey (such as vomiting, odors, or difficulty in cleaning), a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
When booking, please provide accurate information regarding the actual number of passengers, pieces of luggage, luggage dimensions, and number of child seats. Additional charges may apply if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit for the day of booking. Furthermore, local operators may refuse service if the actual details differ significantly from the information provided in advance.
If your arrival flight is delayed, please contact the driver and KKday customer service immediately. Customer service will try their best to handle the situation without affecting the driver's other orders, but no guarantees can be made. If we do not receive your message, the driver reserves the right to leave without waiting for you and will not provide a refund.
Additional charges may apply for delays caused by weather, traffic congestion, or other reasons. Furthermore, we cannot offer refunds even if you miss your flight due to force majeure events such as road repairs, traffic jams, or strikes. Please allow ample time as advised.
Please provide your flight information, airport pick-up destination (e.g., hotel name), and address in the remarks section when booking. (Pick-up locations can include hotels, guesthouses, and homes. To ensure a smooth pick-up, please provide an accurate address when booking.) Additionally, please be sure to provide local contact information (phone number, Facebook Messenger, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.) when booking so the driver can contact you.
Vehicle information is for reference only. If your specified vehicle cannot be provided, a vehicle of the same class will be prepared. Vehicles will be arranged according to the schedule of the day. Color and model cannot be specified.
