- When placing your order, please specify your pick-up and drop-off addresses and departure time in the order details.
- Please leave your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when placing your order so that our customer service staff can contact you promptly.
- For departure and arrival points located outside the service area, an additional fee of 10,000 yen per trip will apply, depending on the distance.
- Driver information and license plate number will be provided between 18:00 the day before the event and 2 hours before the event time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/Wechat).
Reminders
Service Area Coverage: Tokyo City, Sapporo City, Nagoya City / Hakuba, Yuzawa, Naeba, Karuizawa, Hoshino, Niseko, Furano, Rusutsu, Kiroro, Takasu Snow Park, and other popular ski resorts.
The car rental service is available from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. A night service fee will be charged for rentals outside of these hours (an additional fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply depending on the end time).
Free waiting time: The free waiting time is 30 minutes. A surcharge of 3000 JPY/30 minutes will apply for any time exceeding this.
Overtime fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
