Booked Shibuya Sky tickets through Kkday and the process was smooth and straightforward. Entry was easy and well-organised. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate as it was raining during our visit. We appreciated that they offered a free cancellation and refund option, which was a really nice gesture. However, since we were already there, we decided to proceed anyway. Despite the rain limiting the full rooftop experience, the indoor viewing areas were still enjoyable and offered a unique perspective of the city. Overall, still a worthwhile visit, but would definitely recommend going on a clear day to fully enjoy the views.

We used with 5-6 mobiles and the quality of signal was still good. In some mountain or forest areas, the signal was low but we understood that Hokkaido has plenty of nature areas. We charged battery only once a day and we could use it till late night.

Sulit! Super linis, friendly and helpful staff, ang ganda don infairness! And my son really enjoyed the wave pool, river pool and the 2 kiddie pools. The food is okay naman.

Excellent connection and very easy to install. The network coverage was very reliable in both Hokkaido and Tokyo. Compared to another eSIM I used, which had no signal in rural areas, this one stayed connected consistently. Highly recommended for travel in Japan. Will purchase again for future travel.
