- We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
- Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Please maintain your place in the queue at all times.
- Shirts/blouses and footwear must be worn at all times. Profanity, obscene gestures/statements, pictures of illegal substances, all gang related items on clothing, and masks or disguises that conceal identity are prohibited. - Certain rides and attractions (indoor and kiddie rides) may not be available during your visit for safety reasons
- You can refer to the Rides and Attractions page to plan your experience
- Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstance but may be rescheduled within the validity period.
- Since the park will be operating at a controlled number to ensure physical distancing, any reschedule from the original visit must be coordinated with the Enchanted Kingdom by emailing reservations@enchantedkingdom.ph at least 3 days before the newly chosen travel date that is within the ticket validity period
