Due to traffic, weather and other force majeure factors, travel time delays, itinerary changes or attraction cancellations may occur. Please understand and forgive us.
If the tour is unable to take place due to weather conditions or insufficient number of people, the tour fee will be fully refunded, and the travel expenses, transportation, accommodation facilities, etc. expenses incurred by the passengers will not be compensated. If the trip is canceled or suspended before departure due to special circumstances, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, war coups, strikes, riots, government orders, etc. that cannot be attributed to the travel agency, the full amount will be refunded.
