This second-floor restaurant is a small cozy place with 5 or 6 counter seats and one table for 4. A 15 minutes' walk from Shin-Osaka or short walk from the train station. We made the seat reservation with Kkday and they already had the table setup for us. However, we decide to change out seats to the counter instead. We each have the 11 pieces tempura set menu and it was great! Too full for one and just right for others. The great services and friendly chef and waiter made it one of the best dining experiences we had in Japan.

This was my first time driving to the ferry. I was quite nervous at first, worried about the ticket exchange, but the ferry staff were very friendly and processed the ticket exchange quickly. Important points: 1. Arrive 40-30 minutes early for your reserved time slot to exchange your ticket. 2. They will also exchange your return ticket at the same time. 3. Although it's not written on the ticket, they have the return time recorded and will prioritize your return trip for that time slot. 4. If you are traveling with two people and a car, you need to buy one vehicle ticket (which includes one passenger ticket) and one passenger ticket. 5. Shodoshima Island isn't very large, and there aren't many places to visit; 2 days and 1 night is more than enough. 6. If you plan to go to Angel Path, remember to check online for the twice-daily low tide times.

The USJ VIP 5-hour private tour was the highlight of our trip to Japan. With two adults and two children (5 and 8 years old), we couldn’t have gotten done half as much as we did with our tour guide Watanabe, who was incredibly friendly. He spoke a little English, but we got by just fine with Google Translate and achieved every ride we wanted to (sometimes twice). If you are only planning to spend one day at the park and can swing it, this package is definitely worth it because the guide can get you to the front of the line at every ride and get you reservations into four experiences (Waterworld, Ollivander’s, Elmo’s Bubble Bubble, Universal Studios Monster) that you would otherwise probably not be able to get yourself or would have to choose between. Our guide also treated us to hot dogs and popcorn. The lounge also has a storage area and drinks. Highly recommend.
